Its fine Honeyed Spice aroma and perfect balance of Bitter and Sweet flavours followed by the classic dry “hop” finish belie the 6.5ABV alcohol content. This beer retains its original full flavour by using traditional ingredients grown organically and then completes with an advanced de-glutenisation process to remove the gluten normally associated with this type of brew so to meet all Codex Alimentarius Gluten-free Rules and Regulations.
